Reid Maeda

Reid Maeda is currently the Director of Audio and Home Reliability Engineering at Apple, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager for Beats and Home Reliability Engineering and Quality at Apple from 2016 to 2022, as well as in various engineering roles at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems from 2004 to 2012 and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Beats by Dr. Dre in 2012-2013. Reid began their career as a Student Manager at SBC Communications Inc. from 2001 to 2003, where they led a team to achieve top performance rankings. They hold an MBA in Strategy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and both a BSEE and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
