Rich Kosoglow

Rich Kosoglow is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a strong background in product development and design engineering. Rich began professional experience as an intern at Ricoh Innovations Inc. from 2005 to 2007, focusing on concept validation prototypes. After transitioning to Ricoh EWS as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from June 2010 to April 2012, Rich played a pivotal role in new product creation and supplier relationship management. At Apple, Rich held multiple positions, including Mechanical Design Engineer and Product Design Engineering Manager, contributing to significant projects like the MacBook Pro with TouchBar and the 2019 Mac Pro. Rich returned to Ricoh Innovations, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer from July 2008 to June 2010, where contributions included the development of a third-generation tablet prototype. Rich earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2008.
