Rick Lange

Rick Lange is currently the Senior Manager of Strategy & Innovation at Apple. Previously, they held various positions, including Head of Flight Operations at Loon, where they managed a 16-person team overseeing global airborne operations. Rick began their career as an Engineering Intern at Boeing and Northrop Grumman before progressing to roles as a System Engineer and Systems Engineering Lead at Lockheed Martin. They also served as Program Manager at Google X for Project Loon, where they significantly expanded the Flight Engineering Team and established international operations centers. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
