Ritayan Sarkar has accumulated diverse experience in various roles across multiple companies, including Cognizant as a Process Executive and Senior Process Executive focusing on optimizing business processes related to Microsoft projects. Roles involved managing, analyzing, and improving operational workflows and documentation. Previous experience includes a Management Trainee position at Bharat Biotech International Limited, where responsibilities centered on international business development and lead generation, as well as roles in sales and marketing at Unique Biotech. Ritayan has also contributed as a Research Intern at Gauhati University, investigating the anti-cancer potential of medicinal plants, and has been trained in data operations at Apple. Educationally, Ritayan holds a dual degree in Biotechnology from KiiT University.
