Roger Chen

Roger Chen has a strong background in supply chain management and operations, with significant experience at major technology firms. From July 2012 to July 2014, Roger worked as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at Xilinx. Following this role, Roger joined Apple in July 2014, where responsibilities included Supply Planning for iPhone and serving as an Operations Program Manager for the Apple Watch until February 2022. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
