Roger Panicacci

Image Sensor Architect

Roger Panicacci is a Product Development Vice President and CMOS sensor chip designer with extensive experience in image sensor technologies. They have a strong background in analog, mixed-signal, and digital chip design, complemented by a focus on machine learning algorithms for enhanced sensor capabilities. Roger's career includes significant roles at Kodak, ON Semiconductor, Apple, and Aptina Imaging, where they managed R&D teams and oversaw the development of over 50 products. They hold a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. Currently, they serve as an Image Sensor Architect at Apple.
