Roy Zemlicka

Roy Zemlicka is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in technology and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Products and Regulatory at Apple since September 2019, Roy has held similar senior legal roles at Paragon Legal and TiVo. Roy's expertise includes drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, managing global supply chain transactions, and addressing privacy and data security issues. Prior positions include corporate counsel roles at Polycom and Bigpoint Inc., as well as associate attorney positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder. Roy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Psychology and Technology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
