Ruchi Varma is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in operational leadership and customer service management. Currently serving as a Manager at Apple since November 2022, Ruchi previously held key positions at Marriott International from July 2010 to August 2020, including Director of Site Operations, where significant achievements included establishing Marriott's first Global Reservation Sales and Customer Care Office in India and leading a team of over 500.
