Ruchir Davé

Ruchir Davé is a Senior Director at Apple, where employment began in October 2009, with a progression through roles including Director, Manager, and Lead Acoustics Engineer. Prior to Apple, Ruchir held the position of Technical Leader at Cisco from April 2000 to October 2009, overseeing the Acoustic Design of IP Phones. Ruchir's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Applied Research Lab at Penn State University, contributing to analog hardware development for an Ultrasound Microscope funded by the National Institute of Health from October 1998 to February 2000. Ruchir earned a Master of Science degree from Penn State University between 1998 and 2000 and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from L.D. College of Engineering from 1994 to 1998. Early education was completed at Shardamandir Ahmedabad, culminating in a Higher Secondary Certificate from 1982 to 1994.
