Russell Morgan

Russell Morgan has extensive experience in leadership and customer service within the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Genius Bar New Store Opening Mentor and Genius Bar Leader at Apple since December 2015, Russell has contributed to various roles, including People Leader and Shopping Experience Leader at Apple Michigan Avenue. Prior to this, Russell was self-employed as a massage therapist and worked as an Area Manager at Protein Bar, where responsibilities included managing seven restaurants and training management staff. Russell's background also includes general management positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Starbucks, reinforcing a strong foundation in team leadership and operational excellence. Education was completed at the University of Kentucky.
