Ryan Balliet

Ryan Balliet is a senior engineering manager specializing in energy systems with extensive experience in Li-ion batteries, stationary energy storage, and fuel cells. Currently, Ryan leads a team at Apple focused on battery cell new product introduction and technology. Previously, Ryan held positions at UTC Power and Bosch, where they directed technology development teams and managed engineering and business development efforts. Ryan earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and both an MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
