Ryan Kopinsky, Ph.D., is currently the WW Technical Lead for Apple’s Spatial Design Lab, where they assist enterprise customers in developing innovative applications for Apple Vision Pro. Prior to this role, Ryan founded Reality School, a successful educational resource on Augmented Reality that empowered over 15,000 developers. Ryan has also served as Director and Instructor at I/O Avenue Code Academy, focusing on diversity and inclusion in tech education. Their academic journey includes a PhD in Robotics from Florida State University, where they developed a Mixed Reality interface for human-robot interaction. Ryan's expertise spans a variety of sectors, including software consulting, robotics research, and iOS engineering.
