Ryan Smothers has extensive experience in quality management and support within the technology sector, having worked at Apple in various roles, including Channel Services Admin Specialist and Quality Delivery Manager from January 2012 to February 2014, and currently serving as a Quality Program Manager for AppleCare since June 2015. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as a Production Assistant Intern for The Bobby Bones Show at iHeartMedia in 2011. Ryan holds a degree in Electronic Media & Journalism from Texas State University (2008-2012) and is currently pursuing a degree in Conversational Spanish at the Costa Rica Institute of Spanish, starting in 2011.
