Sam Whittington is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law. Sam began a career as a lawyer at Allens from March 2006 to December 2007, and then worked as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from January 2008 to July 2011. Following this, Sam served as a corporate associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from August 2011 to October 2012. Sam returned to Apple in November 2012, holding various positions including legal counsel and director in corporate law until May 2017, and has since progressed to the role of senior director of corporate law at Apple, starting in October 2021. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Queensland, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
