Sambit M.

Sambit M. is currently a Lead Engineer at Apple, specializing in the characterization, testing, and productization of Compound Semiconductor devices and advanced display systems. They received a B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in 2004 and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009, where their research focused on nonlinear control and system dynamics. Sambit's previous experience includes roles as a Senior Staff Process T/D Engineer at Intel Corporation and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they conducted significant research in atomic force microscopy and system dynamics. Additionally, Sambit has completed multiple certificate programs in machine learning and technology management.
