Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen is a Product Quality Manager for iPhone with extensive experience in product quality management, project management, and new product introduction within the consumer electronics industry. Previously, Sarah held roles as a Mechanical Engineer at ATL Technology, LC, and as a Product Quality Engineer at HP, where they developed quality project plans and led cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards. Sarah also worked as a Project Manager at Hi-P, successfully launching products like Microsoft Zune and BlackBerry Style 9670 while managing project delivery, quality, and costs. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from South China University of Technology.
