Satya Akella

Satya Akella possesses extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Initially serving as a Design Engineer at Motorola from 1998 to 2004, responsibilities included chip-level integration and testbench/test pattern creation, as well as RTL design and implementation for baseband processors. From December 2004 to June 2009, Satya worked at Freescale Semiconductor, focusing on RTL design, verification, and static timing analysis for various IP. As a Low Power Methodology Engineer at AMD from September 2009 to December 2010, contributions involved advanced methodology development. Following this, Satya held roles at Synopsys, concluding as a Senior Staff Application Engineer from September 2015 to September 2022, before becoming a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Apple in September 2022. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
