Scott Gelin

Scott Gelin is the Head of Global IP Enforcement at Apple, where they lead efforts in anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, and intellectual property enforcement. Prior to this role, Scott was a Shareholder in Intellectual Property at Greenberg Traurig from 2002 to 2012, providing counsel on trademark and copyright issues, particularly in combatting counterfeiting in various industries. They also worked as an Associate in Intellectual Property at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP/Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from 1996 to 2002, where Scott handled litigation and advised clients on trademark and domain name matters. Scott earned a B.A. from Duke University and a JD from Cornell Law School.
