Shane O'Connell

Shane O'Connell currently serves as the Retail Online BPR UAT Team Manager for EMEIA at Apple, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shane accumulated diverse experience at Apple, ranging from Mac Expert supporting the UK and Ireland markets to various supervisory and specialist roles in Online Applestore Credit Card services and Retail Business Support. Shane also contributed as a Retail Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Retail Online BPR team. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Diploma from Cork Institute of Technology, obtained between 2016 and 2017.
