Shawn Miller has extensive experience in management and customer service within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Apple since May 2015, Shawn previously spent over a decade at GEICO, rising through the ranks from Auto Damage Adjuster to Auto Damage Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing a team of adjusters, analyzing reports, team building, and ensuring compliance with state insurance guidelines. Shawn’s educational background includes studies at Chapman University, Houston Community College, San Diego Mesa College, and Vanguard University of Southern California.
