Shawn Su has extensive experience in quality management and operations, currently serving as a Manager at Apple since May 2017, where previous roles included Lead Genius and Technical Specialist. Prior to Apple, Shawn held positions at Wieland Group as a Quality Engineer II and at DB Schenker as a Quality & Operations Executive, focusing on ISO compliance, internal audits, and process improvements. Additional experience includes quality and environmental system engineering at Schneider Electric and as a Quality & Product EHS Engineer at Superworld Electronics. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling & Psychology, alongside a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in the same field from Temasek Polytechnic.
