Shilpi Ghosh

Shilpi Ghosh is a Change Lead with extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Regional Change Management Lead at Apple since August 2024, Shilpi is leading a transformation program to modernize the Sales Management platform. Prior experience at Accenture included various roles, culminating as the Manager of Change & Adoption Lead in the Environmental, Social & Governance Center of Excellence, where Shilpi managed a sustainability operations transformation for a large global organization. Contributions to transformative initiatives within the Technology Strategy & Advisory function empowered over 3,000 practitioners. Additionally, Shilpi has a background in project management at Crest, overseeing scientific journal publications. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Marketing and IT from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of Technology.
