Shimi Amir

Shimi Amir is a Silicon Validation Engineer at Apple, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Shimi worked at Intel Corporation from 2014 to 2019 as a High Speed I/O Design Validation Engineer, focusing on post-silicon analog design and electrical validation of high-speed I/O interfaces including PCI Express and USB3.1. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an RF Design Engineer at Mini-Circuits from 2010 to 2014, where Shimi was involved in the development and integration of RF circuits and modules. Shimi Amir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
