Simon Ho

Simon Ho is a seasoned retail manager currently serving as a Manager at Apple since 2024. Previously, Simon was the Store Manager at Hamleys of London from 2018 to 2023, where they managed three different store formats and demonstrated a strong ability to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. Additionally, Simon held various roles, including Supervisor and Senior Sales Assistant, before becoming a Store Manager. Earlier in their career, Simon worked as an Assistant Head Coach at Nike for a year. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science BSc (Honours) from Sheffield Hallam University in 2014.
