Sofia Maria Nikolakaki

Sofia Maria Nikolakaki is a Staff ML Research Scientist at Apple, where they lead initiatives involving generative AI and multi-objective recommendation systems for the App Store. They previously held roles as a Senior and ML Research Scientist at Apple, focusing on recommendation and personalization systems. Sofia has also completed internships at Electronic Arts and Visa. They earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Boston University and a Master of Science in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete. Sofia's research interests include Machine Learning and Data Mining, particularly in the context of social networks and graph mining.
