Sreenath Rao

Sreenath Rao is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in machine learning, algorithms, and imaging science. From July 2017 to October 2023, Sreenath worked at Apple as a Staff Engineer, following roles as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Algorithm Engineer. Prior to Apple, Sreenath served as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Intel Corporation from December 2012 to July 2017, and as a Data Scientist at Rochester Institute of Technology from June 2007 to October 2012. Additionally, Sreenath completed an internship as an Imaging Scientist at Ricoh USA, Inc. in 2011. Sreenath holds a PhD in Imaging Science and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Rochester Institute of Technology.
