Steph Valencia

Steph Valencia is a dedicated professional with significant experience in customer service and community engagement. Since August 2011, Steph has served as a Specialist at Apple, creating inviting experiences for customers and enhancing lives through exceptional service. Previous roles include H.E.O.P Counselor at The New School, where Steph supported the transition of incoming students, a barista at the Köln International School of Design's Gute Stube, and a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA, responsible for scheduling and organizing activities. Steph holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Eugene Lang Liberal Arts College. Additionally, participation in a study abroad program at Fachhochschule Köln KISD further enriched Steph's educational background in Integrated Design.
