Steve Waydo

Steve Waydo is an AI product and technology leader specializing in generative AI and health algorithms. Currently serving as the Director of Health Sensing at Apple, Steve leads teams focused on innovative health technology. Previously, Steve held roles at Apple, including Algorithm Engineer and Senior Manager for Health Algorithms, and contributed to the development of pioneering wearable health sensors. Prior to their time at Apple, Steve worked at C8 Medisensors as the Director of Analysis, managing algorithm development for wearable spectroscopic platforms, and spent several years at Jet Propulsion Laboratory contributing to spacecraft missions. Steve holds a degree from the California Institute of Technology.
