Suhas R. is currently an AirPods ML & Systems Engineer at Apple, where they incubate multimodal feature prototypes and design composition models. Previously, they interned at Qualcomm, where they advanced on-device speech processing methodologies, and they have also held roles at companies such as Amazon, The Walt Disney Company, and Carnegie Mellon University. Suhas earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, both with a 3.9 GPA. Their experience spans research in robotics and machine learning, teaching assistantship roles, and software development across various domains.
