Sumant Ranganathan

Sumant Ranganathan is the Vice President of Sensing, Power and Haptics at Apple, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, Ranganathan served as the Director of Engineering and a Broadcom Distinguished Engineer at Broadcom Corporation from 2000 to 2014. Ranganathan began their career as a Mixed Signal Design Engineer at Crystal Semiconductor and later worked as a Staff Design Engineer at Level One Communications (Intel Corp). Ranganathan earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
