Sungbae Park

Sungbae Park is currently the Battery Modeling, Algorithms and Qualification Leader at Apple, where they drive engineering practices for sustained growth. They previously held several leadership positions at Bosch, including Vice President of Innovation and Vice President of Engineering, where they promoted collaboration among research teams and managed projects in energy systems. Sungbae holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field. Their expertise spans modeling and control of energy systems, project management, and fostering innovation in the energy and mobility sector.
