Susan Selle

Susan Selle is an experienced leader in team development and management within prominent retail and technology organizations. Since January 2011, Susan has held various senior roles at Apple, including Senior Manager and Flagship Leader, where responsibilities encompass overseeing teams of over 25 members, implementing company strategies, and coaching. Previous experience includes the role of CE Diversity Recruiting Programs Manager for the DACH region, focusing on community outreach and employer branding, as well as Retail Contact Center Manager for the same region, where Susan built new teams and directed strategy implementation. Prior to Apple, Susan served as Area General Manager for BESTSELLER, overseeing multiple stores in Germany, managing large teams of over 100 direct reports, and developing purchasing and sales strategies. Susan’s career began at Jean Pascale Vertriebs, where roles included Store Manager and Retail Sales Consultant.
