Terri F. has over three decades of experience in customer service and human resource management. Currently, Terri serves as the Director of AppleCare at Apple, having held this position since February 2016, where responsibilities include leadership for AppleCare Business in the EMEIA region. Prior to this role, Terri was the Customer Service Director at Alere/Abbott from July 2011 to February 2016, and held multiple leadership roles at Telefonica/O2 Ireland from June 1997 to June 2007, including Customer Experience Director and Customer Care Director. Earlier in the career, Terri worked as a Senior HR Manager at Bupa from June 1989 to June 1997 and started as a Graduate Trainee at IBEC from September 1987 to June 1988. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Galway and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, complemented by additional training from Common Purpose Ireland.
