Thorkild Ipsen has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in customer service and IT consulting. Since June 1999, Ipsen has been with Apple as part of the AppleCare Channel Management team, where responsibilities include overseeing service channels in Denmark, Norway, and Iceland, as well as developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Ipsen worked at KPMG from January 1989 to May 1999 as an internal IT consultant, contributing to the design of the original 1200 Mac-only national KPMG installation. Ipsen holds a degree in Datamatiker and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School, completed between 1986 and 1989.
