Thurayya Arshad is currently a Technical Expert at Apple, where they have rapidly advanced from Product Zone Specialist to Technical Specialist since joining in August 2022. With a strong foundation in mobile technology and a focus on customer satisfaction, they specialize in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues within Apple’s ecosystem. Thurayya previously worked in various customer-focused roles, including as a Customer Consultant at Currys plc and a Crew Member at Fairway Group Limited. They hold a First Class Honours degree from the University of Leicester, which supports their continued growth in technology and customer service.
