Tim Moroney

Tim Moroney is a Senior Counsel in Corporate Legal at Apple, where they focus on worldwide insurance regulatory and compliance. With extensive expertise in corporate transactional and regulatory compliance, Tim has advised numerous entities, including insurance companies and Insurtech startups, on various compliance matters across multiple countries. Prior to joining Apple, Tim was the Chief Counsel for Global Regulatory and Insurance at Trōv and served as a partner at both Doctor Law Group LLP and Barger & Wolen LLP. Tim obtained a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Davis.
