Tim Shaw

Tim Shaw is a creative at Apple, where they teach individuals how to maximize the use of Apple hardware and software. With 15 years of experience in teaching and 15 years in information technology, Tim specializes in areas such as Macintosh and Windows troubleshooting, iOS management, and educational technology. Previously, they served as Director of Technology at The Forman School and worked in various IT roles at Education Enterprise of NY and Empire State College. Tim holds degrees in Classical Studies and Medieval Studies from St. John Fisher College and the University of Connecticut.
