Tom Qin is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Apple Inc., Tom led the "Lean Quality Initiative" to enhance global shipment quality through automated reporting tools. Previously, Tom held roles at Intel Corporation, including QA Manager and Senior QA Engineer, where they managed quality verification and designed automated testing frameworks. Tom continues to pursue an M.S. in Computer Science at San José State University.
