Tyler Hess

Tyler Hess is a Senior Manager of the Capital Equipment Planning Team at Apple, overseeing a team of 13 Program Managers while supervising annual capital investments exceeding $1 billion. With a strong background in engineering and leadership, Tyler has driven product optimization and factory planning for numerous hardware products, optimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, Tyler served in the U.S. Army as a decorated officer, where they managed logistics and operations during a combat deployment. Tyler holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
