Vera Luo is a strategic analytics and data science leader with over 12 years of experience in fraud management, machine learning, and financial technology. Currently, Vera serves as a Staff Data Scientist at Apple, focusing on Apple Wallet and Payment Machine Learning. Previously, they held key positions at Uber as a Data Science Manager in Fraud, where they significantly reduced fraud losses, and at Lending Club as a Risk Manager, developing innovative credit risk management strategies.
