Vikrant has successfully qualified products and sites per JEDEC and automotive specifications AEC-Q100, with expertise in thermal-mechanical fatigue of lead-free solder and failure analysis techniques. Currently, Vikrant serves as a Camera/Depth Engineering Program Manager at Apple, where they lead the Face ID program through multiple iPhone launches. Vikrant holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
