Vincent Chan

Vincent Chan is an accomplished professional in the field of data science and machine learning, with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and conducting research. Vincent held the position of Engineering Manager at Apple from June 2019 to March 2023 and previously worked as a Machine Learning Research Scientist at Facebook from October 2017 to May 2019. Prior to these roles, Vincent served as a Decision Scientist at Microsoft from July 2015 to September 2017 and held multiple positions as a Data Scientist, including Data Scientist II. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Assistant at the Wisconsin School of Business and an internship as a Data Scientist at Walmart eCommerce. Vincent earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Statistics from UC San Diego.
