WEI LIN

Wei Lin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in materials science and engineering, specializing in process architecture and interactive module design. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Apple since March 2022, Wei Lin previously held various engineering roles at Apple from 2014 to 2017, contributing expertise in roll-to-roll technology and process integration for multiple product categories. Prior experience includes a role as an R&D Advisory Engineer at IBM, focusing on wafer bonding and metallization processes, and significant research experience at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Wei Lin worked on thermal interface materials and carbon nanomaterials. Wei Lin holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as master's degrees from Tsinghua University and a bachelor's degree from Fuzhou University.
