Will Song

Will Song has extensive experience in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as an ML Engineer at Apple since June 2019, focusing on reinforcement learning for planning. Prior to this role, Will was the Perception Lead at drive.ai from July 2015 to June 2019, contributing expertise in perception for self-driving cars during various internships at Google, where experiences included self-driving car perception and request simulation for Maps Engine. Will’s early career involved multiple internships that enhanced skills in software development and testing across a range of technologies and applications. Will holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Education was completed at Steveston-London Secondary School.
