William Shearin has extensive experience in analytics and demand forecasting, currently serving as Senior Manager of AppleCare Support Demand Forecasting at Apple since 2009, where responsibilities include managing teams for forecasting support demand and customer satisfaction metrics. Previously, roles included Senior Manager of AppleCare Hardware Analytics, leading BI and product analytics teams, and Manager of Economic Analysis at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, influencing $7 billion in spending. William also held various positions at Daimler Chrysler, including Project Manager Market Research and Senior Economic Analyst, and worked as an Engineering Program Manager for both Daimler Chrysler and Alfmeier.
