Xander Pollock

Xander Pollock is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Apple since December 2025, Xander previously held the position of Head of AI Accelerator at The House Fund, guiding early-stage founders toward product-market fit and securing funding. At BibleProject, Xander spearheaded the 0-1 strategy and design for an app that achieved over 1 million users and $1 million in annual recurring revenue within a year. Prior experience includes designing innovative products for various clients at Palo Alto Design Company and contributing significantly to Gmail and Google Maps as an Interaction Designer at Google. Xander co-founded Punchd, a startup acquired by Google, where design encompassed both digital and physical service components. Xander holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art & Design with a focus on Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
