Xavier Suau

Xavier Suau is a Senior Research Scientist at Apple, with a rich background in mathematics and engineering. They served as a Professor of Mathematics at UNED from 2012 to 2015, teaching various subjects including Calculus II and Linear Algebra II. Previously, they worked as a Navigation Engineer at Thales Avionics and co-founded FEZOO LABS, a Computer Vision company. Xavier holds a Master’s Degree in Aéronautics from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where their thesis focused on human body analysis using depth data.
