Yaakov Engel

Yaakov Engel is a Machine Learning Scientist currently supervising all ML projects within the HDC Algo group at Apple. Prior to this role, they served as a Principal ML Engineer & Researcher at R for a decade. Yaakov is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc. in Physics at Tel Aviv University. They also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Alberta.
