Yan Wang

Yan Wang is an experienced integration engineer currently working at Apple, with prior roles at SageGlass as a senior R&D engineer and project leader, focusing on electrochromic product development and process improvements. At SageGlass, Yan Wang led the technical and project management aspects of new electrochromic materials, performed root cause analyses, and developed simulation tools. Previously, as a graduate researcher at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Yan Wang specialized in back-gated electrochemistry for 2D semiconductor materials, achieving significant improvements in electrocatalytic performance. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Beihang University.
