Yang Tang

Yang Tang has extensive experience in telecommunications, having served as a principal delegate and engineer at organizations such as Huawei and Intel Corporation. From 2007 to 2011, Yang was a Senior Engineer at Huawei, where they focused on MIMO techniques for various standardizations. Following this, they held positions at Intel Corporation from 2012 to 2019 as a Senior Manager and Principal Engineer, also acting as the prime representative for 3GPP RAN4. Currently, Yang is the 3GPP RAN4 Chair, managing critical aspects of radio frequency systems and leads initiatives at Apple as a Senior Manager. Yang is pursuing a Master's and a Ph.D. in Telecommunications at the University of Sydney, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control from Beihang University.
